(Re)discover yourself by making the unconscious conscious
You help people (re)discover themselves, intuitively and supported by theory, so that what you say is true and understandable. You helped me to open little doors that could not be opened before. By removing blockades, I now have the courage and the confidence to look at myself in the mirror.
When we started, I did not know where we were going. You help people look at themselves in a different way. You use a less conventional method: introspection that goes a lot deeper than what we are used to.
I initially met this with a lot of resistance. It is scary and strange to descend into yourself, to think about things you normally do not think about. You have to be ready for it and open up. When you open the front door together, you investigate the house. You helped me open the door that could not be opened in the past, either because of the old blockades or because I simply did not see that little door. This gave me the self-confidence to make fundamental choices.
It is a good thing to stay close to yourself, to love yourself and not run away from it. I am who I am, I want to be who I am: take it or leave it! I stand my ground, I am no longer ashamed of who I am, I have gained self-respect and self-confidence.
During the team coaching, the unconscious was made conscious. This is a process we had to go through in the group under your supervision. You made us see how this group process works and you helped us to stay connected by using the correct interventions and questions and by giving concrete advice.
